Job Description:
As a Intermediate to Senior Business Analyst, you will be a key contributor to our organization’s success by leading the analysis and optimization of business processes and systems. You will work closely with stakeholders across different departments to understand business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive strategic initiatives forward. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-impact projects and possess advanced analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Conduct thorough analysis of complex business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop detailed business requirements documents, functional specifications, and other documentation as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on business processes, systems, and industry trends.
- Lead and facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to drive consensus and alignment among stakeholders.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on data analysis and market research.
- Lead large-scale projects and initiatives from inception to implementation, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects and initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Advanced knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques.
- Experience with process modeling and documentation.
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) are a plus.
